A month a go, I went to this pharmacy to check on getting the new Shingles vaccine. I gave them my insurance card and I was told that it would cost me $170 out-of-pocket because it was not covered on my Humana Gold HMO. So I went to Target on Hwy 620 and paid $47.00. I just got my HMO Summary and that was the correct co-pay. This is not the only reason, so I won't be trying them again.

These guys are the worst. They awfully slow, don't send updates to the phone to pick up and screw up on prescriptions. Save time, try anywhere else.

This HEB is always stocked fresh and easy parking lot to get through, without rude people. Great place.

These people are awful. Multiple times they don’t have scripts ready, lines are very long and don’t move, customer service is nonexistent - I’ve never met a nice person behind the counter and I’ve encounteres a lot, and they usually don’t have the medicine you need in stock so you wind up having to go back. Stay far away before it’s too late and they have your rx hostage.
