Halloween Day 2020 the service by pharmacist Ms. Sierra was outstanding. While the pharmacy tech was adeptly handling the drive through COVID testing activities, Ms Sierra promptly filled prescriptions, handled calls, checked out customers and provided other vaccines to patients. There was definitely more demand than one person can handle, but she did it quietly, accurately and with a smile in her eyes(wearing a mask) and positive attitude. As a healthcare professional myself it was easy to see her commitment to patient safety and quality. CVS is lucky to have her on their team! Thank you for the great care! Tim Ols

Walked into the Consultation Booth, stood there for 10min before anyone came to help. They said my questions can only be answered by the pharmacist Chiyong Kim, who kept taking calls instead of addressing my question, which was simply if they had rubella vaccination available. She took at least another 4 calls before telling me no, which would have taken 1 second. Meanwhile, other customers are still waiting in line. They are clearly understaffed and poorly managed. It was by far my worst CVS pharmacy experience ever.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I rarely leave reviews but I want to warn every person who is considering this pharmacy to go anywhere else! I've given them several chances and every single time they either lose my prescription, fail to communicate with the doctor or treat me poorly. They never apologize for anything and don't really care about you as a customer. This is quite possibly the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Avoid at all costs.
