Brina is a brilliant and caring pharmacist. She has a doctorate in pharmacology which means she is extraordinarily qualified above and beyond a pharmacy degree. She takes her time to explain and review meds and potential side effects.The issue with this Target CVS is that most of the time the pharmacist is the sole person running the entire pharmacy- answering calls, ringing out customers, filling orders and receiving the daily shipment of medications. It is unthinkable that there’s rarely an assistant or tech to care for the customers for drop off and pick up, as well as calls from dr.offices and customers phoning in.nTherefore, it’s certainly not the fault of the sole person forced to head the entire pharmacy alone. My suggestion is to phone the CVS area/district supervisor and insist they provide a full time assistant for the pharmacist.
