Do not recommend. Run away! Super sketchy business. Legal action is being taken because they haven’t paid their workers. I was very disappointed by the lack of customer service and project management. Unprofessional and disrespectful in the way John communicated with us for several reasons. In addition, he quoted us 10 days for a kitchen remodel (I anticipated delay- there always is with remodels) however, due to John’s lack of project management skills, he never ordered our countertops or custom cabinets and we waited TWO WEEKS without a single person here working on our kitchen (the kitchen was completely unusable during that time). Wondering if there was some sketchy money management going on. The project took over a month (4x the quote). The time piece wouldn’t have bothered me had there been communication and/or due to typical remodel delays. This was super weird and unprofessional.
Home Pixel helped us design and build a complete kitchen remodel. They brought new life to our dated kitchen and living room. Thank you for completing this difficult project on time and under budget.

The scariest part of any home renovation is finding the right contractor for the project. The reviews don’t lie, Home Pixel Pro has the best customer service at the best value in Austin. John helped use to create a modern kitchen that both meets our functional needs and also adds value to our home. He was quick to point out what the common trends are in a resellers market. What I appreciate the most about Home Pixel Pro is their professionalism. Every renovation project will have some type of setback or a design flaw we oversaw. In our case it was seeing the intrastate behind the wall and also a couple of outlets that needed to be relocated. Most contractors would have taken the opportunity to inflate their contract, but John took care of these issues with minimal impact to our cost. The project manager Jorge and his crew were a pleasure to have in our home. Every afternoon they would check in to let us know what the goals where for the next day and also confirm the time they would be arrive. Very helpful when you are working from home. Overall, our experience with Home Pixel Pro is fantastic. Our new kitchen is bright, open, and modern. We catch ourselves sipping coffee at the island in the morning and comment how it looks like an entirely new house.
