We are SO happy with our custom frame that we had done at Russell Art and Frame!!! We couldn't have done it without the fabulous help from Rachel Beaudoin!!! She was helpful, listened to what we were trying to achieve, and she was fun to work with! Also, thank you to our framer who got it done a week earlier, we so appreciate it & we love it!! The quality of the framing is perfect!! We will definitely be back for the next project that needs framing!!!!

Rachel was very professional and helped me choose a great new frame and mat for an old favorite watercolor that needed and update.nThe work was completed early and exactly as ordered.nI will be going back to Rachel to re-frame other pieces that need a facelift

Rachel was great. I’m terribly busy and she stayed late and super patient. Her suggestions and work up of several items was professional and even meets my wife’s expectations. Fabulous!!!!!!

I can't say enough about the superb customer service! Erica is an absolute angel in human disguise. She really made my week. And in times like 2020, generosity and kindness really go a long way. This is my new go-to frame place. Can't imagine wanting to go anywhere else :)
