Our experience was very good with this rep named Steve. In the past my husband & I both had bad experiences with HR Block, so happy we decided to try one more time. We will be back next year. Thanks to Bud for encouraging us to come in.

I would have given a zero if offered. STICKER SHOCK! I could have hired my old CPA for a lot less. In addition to my initial consultation of 40 to 45 minutes, the real work took about an hour. $510 for a real hour of work is excessive in my opinion. While I liked working with the Tax Pro individually and overall had a good experience with the H&R Block Office I went to, there was no indication that my fee would be so high. I feel like I got sucker punched on price without an opportunity up front to know it was going to be so high.

Easy and fast work and everything was prepared and spelled out so we didn't have to do anything but pay the fee and the taxes to the IRS.

David Humphrey was excellent with his advice and knowledge of the tax code, He was very helpful and gave great advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to our friends, neighbors, and family
