Racist landlord and always making up stuff and comes into our apartment when we are gone. Worst place ever and shes driving it into the ground plus they use old parts out of closed apartments to fix something and our gas was cut off and the city would not lite it cause they said it was a fire hazard and she had her husband lite it anyway and keeps raising our rent. My fiance had surgery one morning and she claimed the place was trashed out when hud visited yet it wasn't and is a sorry tenant

I would give it zero stars of I could the place needs to be torn down everything is falling apart our fridge was leaking and our bathtub cracked twice and all they did was patch it we had our neighbor's sewage flood our capet when we were out of town and we were blamed for it and the only thing they did was vacuum it up with a shop vac and put a fan on it and when we gave her a letter saying we were moving she harrassed us non stop by calling by our phones and coming to our apartment at random and hollering at us and made us pay a full months rent when we weren't going to be staying there a month before we moved...The landlord is racist and rude and is very very money hungry.
