The management is just ok. The mobile homes for rent are older and really not maintained correctly. It's ok if your in a crunch and have to have a place. But be careful on signing a one year lease.
I was only there few months but i liked it there! I knew there weren't going to be problems cuz the manager who runs it! Felt safe!
Nice place to live
Rent a mobile home here. Talk to John the manager at the office. Straight to the point and very friendly. I've been here through 4 months. If you have a problem maintenance gets on it right away! Way better than apartment living and more freedom.
