Son rented trailer $625/mo + security deposit, moved in no hot water, broken refrigerator, trailer was not cleaned from last renter and was told to self clean for $75 credit. $250 per pet deposit but had to fix big holes in fence on his own. Carpet dirty and frayed weak spots in floor, worried about falling through. Skirting around trailer missing in spots. Stray cats running everywhere in trailer park.
Visited there. Seemed like a nice place. Kids were playing and seemed like a clean place.

This place is trash but if the only place u can afford is this....buy a tent
Management will say one thing and then fine you the next..the places available for rent are disgusting, carpets not cleaned places stink only things good is the all bills (although they are still not worth the price but the all bills is nice and the other nice thing would be the yard and even that has an awkward set up with your yard fence going up against the trailer next door.
