Was out of stock on a lot of things. No utensils, tongs or spatulas. Could be the season though since it's summer and everyone is buying those items. We looked for hand soap, wasn't in the soap isle. This is the only store close to Twin Knobs camp ground. Has pretty much any groceries you would need. Lunch meat, bread, snacks, drinks. Also household items like towels, dish cloth, etc. We go to this dollar general each time we camp near cave run as we always tend to forget to pack something! They have ice for your coolers here too.
It is nice to have friendy checkout people to take your money instead of that self service Bull- $&i%! Parking lot needs swept up. Come on people, Quit littering!
Usually very friendly and helpful here. When it's warm they are super busy so be warned. Only giving them three stars because I had a return, (I never return things but my boyfriend had grabbed the wrong thing) and the manager on duty wasn't very friendly about me returning it. Even with receipt in hand, and the fact that I went directly back to the shelf and got the right item and checked out, she acted like I had stolen it or something. Sorry but I've got better things to do with my life than shoplift a $5 item from Dollar General. ud83dude02
The workers are always smiling and very nice.
This place needs to be cleaned, needs to be stocked, very few products in shelves, containers on the floor.
