They were prompt and worked around my schedule. Same-day service and arrived earlier than expected. Pricing and explanation up front. Caleb was especially knowledgeable and gave me different configurations that I could do. Nice as can be. He then showed me his work at the end and explained all he did. Best company out there.

When you use a company's services multiple times there's a risk of taking their professionalism for granted. Midway Plumbing is the best of the best in the Big Country. Once again Vance was able to get to the heart of the problem, determine the best way to fix the issue and then actually get the job done. He consistently meets and then exceeds expectations.nnUpdate: second time called same results. Vance goes beyond just fixing the problem at hand. I have always used midway plumbing for any plumbing problem. Even though this is probably one of the busiest time for them, they still managed to reach out quick and be at my property on time. Very good customer service and Russell Holland is a great plumber. Very experienced and knows what he is talking about. Highly recommend Midway plumbing for anybody who is having plumbing issues.

Russell not only listened to what I had to say but he repeated back to me to insure he fully understood what my concerns were. He scoped the drain pipes then used a snake to clean it out. He scoped it again while water drained from all possible sources making sure I was totally satisfied with the job. It was a pleasure having someone who truly accomplished his work professionally and to the full satisfaction of the customer.

I have used Gary from Midway Plumbing several times in the past two years to make much needed repairs to my mother's gas and water systems. He worked with me to find safe and cost-effective solutions. Most importantly, he went above and beyond to ensure that my elderly mother was safe and comfortable during a difficult time (I live out of state). Gary is a prince among men. I highly recommend him and Midway Plumbing!
