Pete and Heather were very courteous and kept me informed throughout the process.nGreat job especially in the inclement weather that day.nI called 6 plumbing companies that day and Mr. Rooter were the only ones that placed me on hold until they reached someone. That is quality service! Highly recommend them for your plumbing job.

Plumber that was sent to my house, was rude and completely indifferent as to whether or not they were chosen to provide service. They presented an extremely poor image of themselves and the company they represent. If you want to be treated decently and feel like the provider actually know what they're doing, choose a different company.

I was routed to them through my home warranty. They were prompt to schedule and complete the initial visit to review what the issue was (17 year old water heater leaking). They tell us no further through the weekend. Thankfully my home warranty had called me after the initial appointment to notify me of the non covered cost amount to $1400. I told them to send the authorization so we could have our water restored ASAP. I had to call them multiple times Monday for them to schedule me on Saturday. Thursday morning, they called and said they didn't have the water heater and they would need to reschedule me for Monday. When I told them I would purchase my own water heater for them to install they refused and said if the parts don't come from them then they won't install it. I cancelled them immediately for their unprofessional conversation with me and called our regular plumbing company. When I contacted the home warranty to cancel they authorization, I found out the total cost of MR. Rooter's repair was $2500. I had my regular plumber replace the water heater and literally every piece exposed in my water heater closet for $1600.nNot only are they very unprofessional but they think they can bully you into paying a marked up price due to using a home warranty.

Home Warranty assigned Mr. Rooter. They traveled about 100 miles to me and had the wrong work order. Looked at my toilet and said yes it leaks. I had to pull up the flooring because of the leak. Mr. Rooter told the Home Warranty company I was renovating and closed the work order, billed the Home Warranty and they were done. My leaking toilet is still leaking because absolutely NO work was done. Unscrupulous, and the review of the Home Warranty company is be a separate review. Buyer Beware this company.

We were assigned this company to repair our hot water heater which is not working. They were scheduled to come out on Friday, No call, no show. We called the company to reschedule, The lady we spoke with was rude and unprofessional. Finally scheduled for 3/1/21 @ 11:30 am- 1:30 pm. Someone finally arrived after 5 pm... HE DIDN'T even look at the hot water heater.... Stated it was busted pipes and left after 5 minutes. Had he looked at the hot water heater or listened he would have seen it just needs hooked up.... I'm sure my home warranty company will get an over priced bill and incorrect information... BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! I called my home warranty company and explained what happened.. It's dishonest and disgraceful. BEWARE
