Called to check status of a liquid antibiotic while in line at drive through. Tech said 40 mins. Waited outside with my sick 2 yr old. Went to the window after 50 minutes and was told it would be another 30 minutes ud83dude20. If I would of been told it was going to be 1.5 hours to get a simple antibiotic I would of gone home and came back later. It's ridiculous how they are not considerate of people's time and sick family members. I will be switching pharmacies!

This place is a joke. These people are rude and inconsiderate and judgemental of people. They dont care and they act like they are better than u. They think they know the law. Since when can a out of state doctor not write a prescription for his patient in another state and what is really crazy is they filled my prescription for 3 months knowing I'm on the road working and my doctor is out of state. All of a sudden it is illegal. So they broke the law for 3 months I guess and then decided not to. This place is a joke.

10/10/2020- went to pickup at 3 pm after being told my Rx would be filled at 2:30. The pharmacy tech told me it’d be 30 more minutes, which was fine except for her being rude and saying “do you need it filled right this minute?” I figured they were just busy and walked around shopping for about 30 minutes before going back, no big deal. The same pharmacy tech tells me it’ll be 20 more minutes without a hint of contrition and is extremely curt with me. I’ll probably be switching to HEB since my fiancé uses them and never has these issues. Had I been told it might be an hour and there had been any contrition at all it wouldn’t be a big deal.
