I have had to switch pharmacies a few different times since I moved here, and this is my favorite one so far. The techs and pharmacists are all so kind and helpful. The first time I showed up, completely lost, the head pharmacist pulled me to the side immediately. She explained everything to me, took my information, put me into the system, and that was it. My medicine was ready very quickly, especially for it being right after lunch, I only had to wait 20 minutes. This last time I went, I decided to use the drive thru. There was 4 cars ahead of me and 4 cars on the 2nd lane. I waited maybe 15 minutes to get to the window. Once I was there, it was a breeze to check out. The tech grabbed my scripts, popped them in a bag, I paid and I was done. I love it when I can get in and get out of somewhere without any hassle. Thank you HEB Pharmacy!

I have been a patient at the pharmacy for well over a year. Today i came in to fill my meds and was told they wont be filled until noon which is 2 hours from now. Nobody is in line or waiting so i am sitting in the waiting room for no reason. This is unacceptable if my business is unwanted tell me and i can go somewhere else.
