I ordered a roast beef sub and they didnt put any roast beef on it
Got half our order wrong, first time ever ordering from them. Also the last time, unfortunate.
Really disappointed with my experience at Jimmy John’s in Abilene. I always get JJ’s delivered when I’m in San Angelo for work and they get my sandwich correct EVERY TIME and are also freaky fast. I ordered my regular sandwich from the Abilene store as I was there for work. They didn’t get a single thing right. I asked for my sub cut in half—it wasn’t. Asked for easy lettuce and I got about a lb of lettuce. And I ordered extra pickles except there was not a single pickle present on my sub. I picked it up and left right away, I wish I had stayed and checked it so they could have fixed it. I won’t be going back to this store.
Super friendly, always fast! But today we had the sweetest young man drop off a delivery at our place of business. His name was Nick and he was just so patient and nice, very professional, and made sure to make us feel like we were people and not just the next customer!! Thank you so much Nick!!!!
