N10th Store is my store. This store has excellent service and out of all the years I have been a regular customer of theirs with minimal mistakes, they have always happily & eagerly fixed the mistake immediately and assured the business relationship continued and was appreciated. Online ordering experience is one of the best. Curbside delivery with contactless placement is smart. Piece of the Pie Rewards is a good incentive. Accurately baked to perfection. Quality of the pizzas temperature was, extremely, sub-par...literally room temperature, like they were cooked and laid out on a kitchen countertop. Granted, I arrived 30-45 min. after receiving the notification that my order was ready. But, dang, c'mon man, are there not warming ovens, heat lamps, those bags that you use to deliver them in which could be used?

Said my order was ready, came in, staff acted like they had no clue, my name was up on the screen saying it was ready... nope, had to wait another 15 minutes... no more parm and red pepper? You charge for that now? No other pizza place does.... won’t be back... Papa John’s from now on

The pizza has been terrible. They are absolutely sloppy, sometimes I don’t even get the right order. I will not order dominos from this location again !!!!!! My order was placed 10/9/2020 around 10:27 to 10:30 server 3091 I also posted pictures of my pizza on google so everyone can see the type of quality control you guys practice. Big pat on the guys!!!! IMG_2807.jpg....ALSO I AM A REAL CUSTOMER!!!

What have they done to the buffalo wings at the store on EN 10th in Abilene. 3 times we’ve order these bbq wings & they slop some supposedly bbq sauce on it & it’s NO GOOD. This Is Not the way these wings use to be.nGet it Right, like they use to be!!!!!nThis Dominos is going down hill,””””””fast!!!nI’m going elsewhere for a while.nYou lost a customer.nnCome on man!!!!!
