Great place to read and get away for a bit
I like the staff. I like the library. I like its location. I like the book selection. However, digital audible books (mp3) is what I am after to listen to while I drive or relax. The library's selection is limited. What they do have is a great selection of CD audible books and unfortunately I don't have a CD player! The library can consider making an agreement with audible.com to access Audible's large selection for Abilene library patrons. What do you think Ms. Amanda about this idea?
Anyone with children needs to visit the Abilene Library! They have wonderful children's activities which have been a lifesaver for my toddler who lives for adventure and has never met a stranger.
