First, I called and even went in with my wedding ring to get a price quote on sizing it. I was quoted a very fair price and decided to go with the service. When I returned days later to pick the ring up it cost me twice as much as I was previously quoted. Then, a month or so later the setting has bent and shifted. Apparently the setting was not reinforced to compensate for the sizing. I will never use their services again. To this day I still can't wear my wedding ring until I take it some where else to have the setting fixed.

The band on my Seiko watch had lost a pin that held the band together. I called this morning and talked with Lynn. He said he probably had the part needed to fix it. This afternoon I drove to their serene shop and took the watch in. In minutes he had it fixed and charged me a mere pittance. I had been concerned that a jewelry store might charge me more than a watch-repair place just because it was a jewelry store. Not so. Thanks, Lynn.

Great place for jewelry shopping. On this visit I just needed a new battery for my watch. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with friendly staff.
