My husband and I have used Long Electric for many years. They have provided the electrical work for both our residential and commercial needs. They are a local family owned business that takes pride in taking care of their customers . The electricians are friendly and dependable but also professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of their work. They know they represent a long standing tradition working for the Long Electric Company.

I am not going to rate poorly, because I know an action of one employee is not always a reflection of an entire company. But, I am very irate. I scheduled an appointment for a quote on some work I have to get done before I sell my house, for 5-17-18. I used my own PTO to make sure I was home for the electrician, who was a no call/no show. It was very unprofessional of the employee to not even call me to say he was not going to be able to make it.
