We had the very best experience at Arrow Ford buying a new truck. Sheena did an amazing job creating a comfortable environment for us to shop and ask lots of questions without feeling pushed or overwhelmed. Sheena also worked hard to get us a good deal and we are very thankful. Sarah, our finance manager, created a very relaxed space for us to talk numbers and make final decisions. We are very thankful for both of these ladies helping us make what could easily become a stressful day a very fun and exciting day. I would recommend Sheena, Sarah, and the whole Arrow Ford team to anyone looking to buy or sell a car.

I had a great experience buying a vehicle from these people. I was recently in an accident and needed another vehicle quickly. I found the exact one I was looking for and the rest was history. Very friendly people made me feel at home. I live in San Angelo and they were kind enough to make arrangements to have it delivered. I would definitely purchase another vehicle with this dealership.

Just bought a new 2020 Ford Edge from Cody at Arrow Ford. He was very patient with me as I asked to find the best possible combination of rebates for the lowest payment I could get. The sales managers were very friendly and came to me and explained a few different options for rebates and lenders so that I could see all the numbers before making my final decision. This made me feel confident in my purchase, so I left feeling satisfied. I took a quick lunch and before I even came back the car had already been detailed very thoroughly. Cody sat with me and walked me through all of the awesome features I had available so that I had full knowledge of my car’s capabilities. He’s also very friendly, a great conversationalist, and he really knows the car business. I would recommend Cody Brock at Arrow Ford to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle!

I went into Arrowford knowing what I needed and how much I wanted to pay per month. They showed me some more excellent options than I originally intended to buy, but they could still get my payments where I needed them. They worked with me and got me a vehicle that should last me for years after the loan. This experience has been one of the best car buying experiences I have had. My Salesmen is Brandon, and the Financial officer was Sarah.
