Becky and team at Radical Rides bring customer service back to renting a Uhaul. I had tried to rent from the Big Uhaul dealer in town, but they just treated me like a number and moving through customers. They didn't have the tow dolly I wanted and didn't suggest a change in equipment to what they had, just passed me along to Uhaul Traffic Center to get my reservation. I was assigned Radical Rides and so glad I was. Becky was great and made sure everything was as needed. She did great at making sure I new the ends and outs of the tow dolly! Clean truck and great customer service!

Over charged for rental of u-haul far past the quoted price for truck.

Fabulous place to rent equipment the location is clean and the service is excellent!! I will tell all my friends to rent here.

Great guys these two.....Jim is dedicated to selling fair priced good vehicles to Abilene......and Freddie DeLeon. Is by far. The best Paint and Body that I've ever seen. He's professionalism and quality work at it's very best.

Rented a U-Haul here twice. Would highly recommend them if they have what you need. Very friendly and take care of the customer.
