Everything was fine until I went to stand in the check-out line. I was not standing in the right spot and I was barked at by the girl at the register that I was not at the end of the line. I attributed her rudeness to me wearing a Trump cap. So I decided to put the book back on the shelf.
I love to read and I love well priced books. There is always a great bargain here and I can't pass it up. The store is well organized and the books are in great condition. Staff is friendly and attentive to the customer.
Michelle, the cashier at the counter, was rude and unprofessional. She is supposed to be a frontliner at this store but she is not accommodating at all. No smile or whatever. Just being a grinch at this season. Anyways, I told her to renew my membership first before punching all my orders so I could make use of my membership benefits and coupons. But she wont listen and just being lazy I guess. I purchased a lot of books today from this store and was disappointed by this figure who should represent right courtesy and professionalism at its finest. So I ended up paying the books I bought without using my membership benefits at all. Nonsense. I used to love this store. But never again with a personnel like this. I am a quality control personnel and I should say, she made the store look bad in so many ways.
They have a ton of awesome books and nerdy things to let you celebrate the best genres out there.
Love it only think when looking for help is not always easy to find someone you have to go to the cashiers to ask
