My daughter saw this doctor for an issue that was making her pretty miserable. Without even touching her he was “97% sure if what was wrong with her”. He said it would run its course, but gave her medicine for the symptoms. The medicine did nothing and we went back for our follow up where we were told “he didn’t come in today, we can reschedule you after his vacation”. I demanded to get a referral to a new Urologist which they obliged. At the new appointment today, as soon as the doctor touched her belly she knew the actual issue and it was verified with scans. The new doctor also said that the medicine Newcomb gave her for symptoms would actually aggravate what she actually had.nnHad he at the very least examined her, maybe we would have saved a trip to Lexington and 2 weeks of misery for my daughter.nnThis doctor may be great for men with prostate issues, but if you have a child seek the UK pediatric speciality clinic instead!
