Staff is always friendly. Drive thru is always a bit slow, on any given day. On occasion when I make a transfer there have been some minor mistakes. (Like taking money from wrong account). Happened 3 times. Other then that I will continue to use this bank.

I went trying to get the last $3.00 in my sons payee account the teller had to ask the manager I was trying to get a burger for my 21 year old son I could careless about me if I ate or not .So the teller told me the manger was giving me a $ 50.00 advance on our account that is an awesome manger....
