Office closed because Rowan county is in the red for Covid, but the Regional office 1 minute away is open. They didnt tell us the other office doesnt take cash yet. The regional office was exceptional, very good customer service. We recommend using the Regional Office instead of the clerks office.
Hours are unreasonably short.nDefinitely aren’t there during posted hours.nImpossible to get there in the windows of “service” they offer.
Just called to find out how much my fine is. The lady did not want to tell me just kept saying I should have a payment sheet. After explaining several times I do not have a payment sheet I was finally able to get my fine amount. LAZY AND DID NOT WANT TO DO HER JOB AS IT TOOK 2 SECONDS OF HER LOOKING IT UP TO GET MY FINE AMOUNT. Would have given 1 star but I did eventually get my info.
Very good customer service. Fast and efficient.
This place has very rude employees and thinks they can talk to people like they are trash... prices change from week to week on filling fees and ect... The drivers license instructor is a very rude and obnoxious man.. these are my opinions on the Rowan county courthouse...just beware people.
