I would rate my initial contact with Generator Authority as Excellent!!nMy call was answered by a person without going thru a call tree. Val was able to set up an appointment within days. During the appointment Wes described the complete generator installation process and explained fully the steps which I was not familiar. Within a couple of days Wes provided a detailed budget and installation agreement for my signature. I strongly recommend Generator Authority if you are considering a home backup generator.

Generator Authority was great to work with. They came and mapped out where the generator would go, told me exactly the steps that would be needed to accomplish installation, came and installed a new electric box and the generator in one day, and then had all the relevant inspections. It is working and I am very happy with their work. Especially now with the black outs we have been having around our electricity grid, this is a life saver, literally!

This business is great! Wes is a straight shooter. If he says something they will make it happen. I had just spoke with Wes a few days before the storm about getting a unit for a friend. My wife thought I was crazy when I spent the money on a 22kw unit about a year ago. now after a 36 he blackout she thinks I am a genius. We had this whole house generator installed in January. It worked flawlessly during the outage. It was much quieter than our old one (10 years old) at out other house. The last time our power was out for an extended time, was in the tornado of 19. Then for 4 days This time on and off (mostly off) for 5 days. Don't trust TX weather. YOU NEED ONE

Last spring I became paranoid about losing air conditioning in a Texas summer, and bought a generator, which I considered a peace-of-mind purchase which I might never need. After a fair amount of research, I chose Generator Authority. They were most responsive from the moment I contacted them, throughout the installation, and now during the recent catastrophic Texas storm, where I was without power for four days. I am very pleased with myself for making such a good decision!
