I've been going here for 4+years and thus far they have never done me wrong. They are as fast as possible & many of the pharmacist themselves are such wonderful human beings. They really want to help you as much as they can & it shows.

I needed some OTC medications and Pharmacy Tech Emily (Walton, Ky) was so kind to get them for me in the drive thru so that I didn't have to come into the store. Thank you so much Emily for excellent customer service!

Tried to use pharmacy they did not cover any of my meds but 1 so took my bus Iness elsewhere. Went to get drive threw 30 mins both times then insurance denied payment for meds there. New pharmacy all covered . They need to hire MORE staff for amounts of waiting people.

Most times I’ve been there they have priced my son’s medicine wrong so then I have to call insurance, wait on hold 30 minutes and tell the pharmacist the same code to punch in,( that should already be saved on file) even though they know there is a certain code that has to be entered. One would think they would have this figured out by now but every time it’s the same old b.s.
