3/2021... Cody came out to unclog our shower drain, and she was the epitome of all we love about this company...courteous, professional, efficient, and got the job done very quickly, leaving no mess. Thanks for another 5 star job!nnWe've used Benjamen Franklin for almost 20 years, and everyone they have sent (30 visits) has been extremely friendly, professional, efficient and trustworthy! This was a repeat visit (not same issue) for Terrill, and he completed the job with the professionalism and efficiency we know and expect from this great company! We highly recommend BF Plumbing for any job, large or small... they've done them ALL at our 35 year old house!

When I first called the office,the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I mentioned the time that I was off and she scheduled me an appointment. I received a call on my appointment day letting me know they were on their way. Terrill was very nice and friendly. He lives not far from my address. The water heater was replaced and he explained what was going on. I also had a leak in the cold water slab. I needed to get it fixed ASAP, I made plans to take off on Friday. Everything was explained to me. Again he was on time. I was very pleased with his work and how he explained everything. He is very knowledgeable about his job, I’m glad he was my technician. If I need any more plumbing work do me, I will definitely be calling your office. Thanks again.

I used Ben Franklin plumbing for home exit plumbing. We have an older home an found the exit plumbing had eroded and collapsed on itself. It was a very big job but worth every penny spent. They made the process as comfortable as possible for us. That’s our intro to Ben Franklin. We have a service plan now and they come out on a regular schedule and check our plumbing system. As always today was one of those days and again the technician was informative and friendly and competent. They will alert you to possible problems that might come up in the future and will give you options in writing for you to consider. Very highly recommend this company

Danny was the best! Our hot water heater went out (and not up to code) so I found them on Angie’s List. Within a minute of filling out their survey I had a call from Benjamin Franklin and he came out the same day. There were 2 other plumbers that came to give us estimates and we were so impressed with him! He was kind, honest, and answered all of our questions completely. Our quotes between the 3 different places came in between 1700-3000 to do the same work. Obviously Danny was our choice! Great guy!!!
