We had a pipe burst following the power outages in Texas. We had used Howze Plumbing before, so we felt extremely confident hiring them for the job. Not surprisingly, they did excellent work in a short amount of time, offered a great price for replacement parts and repairs, and even explained the process to us in depth, showing us what happened in the first place and how he worked around the issue to ensure a high-quality repair! Joey is so nice and always sticks around to answer all questions. We won’t use anyone else. 10/5 stars!
Joey was wonderful! He did a great job repairing a burst pipe afternthe snow storm. He came out on Sunday fixed the pipe quickly and was very neat. I will use him for all my plumbing needs.
We have used Howze Plumbing multiple times over the years. They do great work and are always professional. Today we had a leak near water heater and Joey was able to repair it this afternoon. I was thrilled he was able to fix it so quickly given how busy they are with so many people having damage from frozen pipes recently. I highly recommend Howze Plumbing!
I called after hours on Saturday - when it was 18 degrees outside. They created anwork order and came out after 5PM.nDid a great job and saved me from no running water in this crazy winter storm.nProfessional on all levels- from explaining the repairs, invoices, and follow-up.
