Kitchen sink was not draining, called several other plumbers but none could come until the next day. DFW came out 3 hours later, fixed it in under an hour, unclogging pipes underneath house. Awesome job, highly recommend them.
Two men came out to look at the job he must have been too complicated the boss looked at the job and memtioned alot of code updates needed etc and he'd gather up the materials and be back. Haven't heard from them yet!
Although Roy was very nice, the service requested took 2 techs SIXTEEN HOURS and they charged me $3300 without giving me a quote prior to services rendered. Word of advice - get a quote!
DFW Plumbing Service has been awesome! They are family owned and operated and have been in business for many years. Their customer service is incredible; from the minute they answer the phone until the job is done. The techs are knowledgeable and efficient. The professional assessment and execution of my plumbing requirements by their staff, including follow up service by Roy Smith this week, reassured me in confidence that I've found a local business of sound repute and most favorable pricing.
When our water heater busted I called Roy at DFW Plumbing Service. His knowledge and expertise was greatly appreciated. Make sure that you have his number handy - you never know when you are going to need a plumber!
