This company if you have accent pls don't bother to call them for service it is so sad I called they told me to wait I waited for them to respond for 4 days. I called 50 times & left message no answer whatsoever pure discrimination!!!!!!.
Amazing experience from Above and Beyond. Tanner responded quickly to my water emergency, coming prepared and professional. He was extremely courteous and accommodating my many questions. We had an issue with our water heater the other night, so I called Above & Beyond up. They were generous with their time in explaining and helping me with questions that reflected my inexperience. Tanner with Above and Beyond was a lifesaver!!! We had an emergency and he came out within minutes. He fixed the problem quickly and the cost was very reasonable. He was friendly, honest and professional. We are new to the Keller area and did not have any contacts for a plumber. I honestly just got online and googled a plumber and picked one without reading or researching anything and I am so lucky to have found him in that moment! I highly recommend him!
