I was happy with my visit 4 years ago. However was amazed to get a bill in late 2020 from them. No contact for over three years and suddenly they want money. Called my insurance company and they said Spine institute had submitted once or twice a year each year, each time they were told of the documentation needed and did nothing for most of a year and resubmitted without the required information.nnBE VERY CAREFUL WITH THEIR BILLING. CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY BEFORE AND AFTER VISIT TO ENSURE YOU DON’T END UP GETTING BILLED OVER THREE YEARS LATER

I’ve worked with both Dr. Phelps and Dr. Hay. Love them! They can get new patients in within 24 hours. Office is gorgeous! Staff is so sweet! Doctors are great clinically with a bedside manner to match!

Watch out for this place. If you over pay they don’t refund your money they hold on to it. I came back after 3 years and what no co pay? why because I had a credit that I had no idea about. Pretty shady!!

Love this place! First time here today and had an amazing experience! The staff really care about your well being. One of the staff took her lunch break to get me in for an mri today!! Thank you Melinda!

Only 2 days in and they’ve taken such great care of our daughter . Admitting and X-rays, the tech even worked through her lunch just to take care of our daughter! Amazing staff ,
