This is one of the very best PT providers that I've seen. It is owned by a small business owner (plus) and the physical therapists are well versed in the treatment needs of fibromyalgia and chronic pain. The therapists are very good at assessing location of pain and change up the treatment plan and modify as needed. It's a great facility, neat, clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. PT for pelvic floor female problems were also available for that need. Overall, all and more that you'd hope a small business to be!

I came to Gateway after I had my knee surgery in the summer of 2018. I found everyone to be very nice and accommodating. The ladies who work at the front desk were always very kind and helpful in setting up appointments. The therapists were knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my recovery. The equipment and facility was nice and clean. I noticed that they took great care to clean the equipment every day. Each time I came for my appointment, I was offered a cold bottle of water, which I always appreciated. At the end of my treatment, Jason (PT) prepared a list of exercises (pictures included) that I could continue doing on my own at home.nnWhen I had a issue with my insurance and realized I had overpaid for my services, Nita and Des were quick to handle the situation and give me a full refund.nnWhile I hope to never need to go back to PT myself, I would definitely recommend Gateway to anyone who needed it.

Best physical therapy place I've ever been to. I unfortunately have needed PT multiple times in my life and Gateway is the best. They get results. Great, positive environment while you're there too.

I came here to receive oversight and guidance on strengthening my body. It was 6 visits of just in the pool. The last 2 visits my therapist was too busy to take care of me. The last visit was the final straw they had passed me around to 2 different individuals.they just run the room tell you the exercise then run out of the room. They don't care if you do the exercise right or not. This 5 just a place to come in so that they can collect money and you can do your own physical therapy.
