Martha was such a big help. I called and needed help for my cat who was having some issues, she hunted down the records from 2 other vets, kept in communication with me and got me in the very next day. She was very compassionate, understanding, and helpful. To me, the office staff is just as important as the vet themselves. Been going here for years and will keep doing so.

I highly recommend Keller Animal Clinic. Every staff member I have interacted with has been amazing. They are great with my dog and take the time to explain to me what is going on. They are empathetic to the worry the owner has when their pet is sick and are always up front about cost. I know when I leave my baby with them he will be safe and cared for. I haven’t even been inside because of Covid but they keep me updated by phone and when they come out to get my dog he is happy to see them and I can tell they love him too!

We’ve been going to Keller Animal Clinic for years. They’re always so nice, attentive and informative. Pricing is affordable, too. Really happy with our pups level of care!

My youngest dog had an issue out of town over the weekend. She was still not acting like herself when we got home and Keller Animal Clinic got her in and made she sure had a full work-up to try to find the issue. Everyone there is always so friendly and informative. They take as long as you need to answer any questions you might have.

We have taken our springer spaniel to this place for 6 years. I called the other day because my dog had been throwing up most of the day. The front end lady acted put out because it was one hour from there closing time. She was also put out that I would ask if we could give him zofran to help since they couldn't get him in that night, which I can understand due to the late notice. They didn't even call the next day to see if he was okay which indicates that money is their driving force. I had a practice for over 20 years with human patients and believe me, a simple phone call goes a long way to show you care. Their fees are also outrageous. We also paid a large sum of money for a biopsy on his nose. They gave us cream and antibiotics and said they would let us know what medicine we could use to focus on when the biopsy came back. They still haven't let us know and it has been almost 4 months. Its easy to tell when someone is jacking you around when you have a medical background.nnDr. Giff
