I ordered on the web came in and asked for my order and was told it’s not ready. A second later he comes with my order. I then ask if I can Parmesan and cruses red peppers and he tells me I have to pay for those!??? What? I spent $40 on pizza and you are going to make me pay EXTRA for the condiments that come with pizza. That is like McDonalds telling me I have to pay for the ketchup to go with my fries. This is the first time I have ordered from Pizza Hut and it may be my last.

I’m a truck driver I’m out of town looking for a decent meal.. i’m sorry I have to park at a truckstop.. i’m sorry I can’t come to you.. I was told that my order has to be canceled due to the area being bad... and this is from their general manager apparently.. any truck driver seeing this don’t order from them don’t even give them the time and day..I got it in this business to deliver goods and enjoy life. in the end I get look down upon in my profession in the area I’m in.. The lady asked if I can come pick it up.. A semi truck with 80,000 pounds.. all I want it was a nice hot meal due to me being on the road through Thanksgiving... People I can’t tell you where to spend your money but if these people couldn’t work with me will make you think they are going to work with you..

This place is useless and a total waste. Have a gift card for $25 but the website won't work and accept it for some reason. I call the store and they offer no help or solutions. They won't accept the gift card over the phone, they have no deals like online. Its amazing that these places stay in business when they have no sense of customer service. I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut any longer if they can't even bother to take care of their customers.
