Although we were lucky enough that we didn’t have any pipes bust, we very quickly discovered a leak that soon became a good size hole in our living room ceiling during all the snow storms which lead to water and snow getting in the house. Everyone else we called told us that our issue wasn’t a priority compared to their other calls but thankfully, JDR Restoration was able to come out and help us that day. They did discover mold damage as well, and thankfully said they handle that kind of stuff too. Good local company that you should definitely give your business to over those big name guys
We had JDR Restoration & Remodeling out after these recent storms to help with water remediation and water damage from a burst pipe. Beyond impressed at their professionalism and fast response time. Didn't realize you needed a special kind of cleaning service once someone passes but was advised we would need to contact a restoration service following my Father's passing. We, like many in Texas, found ourselves in desperate need of a water damage restoration company after our pipes froze and burst, flooding our downstairs kitchen and living room. We were relieved when JDR Restoration said they were able to respond to our call and arrived within the hour. Despite their crew being obviously exhausted, they were pleasant and professional from start to finish. I was especially impressed that they automatically started inspecting and removing any mold that had started which was my biggest fear. Thank you again for helping us manage this crisis.
Thank god for the response time! I can't stand when a company takes over a week to get back to you about something that is urgently causing more and more problems. I'm glad to know there are still companies like this that value speed and service with a smile. Jana was able to coordinate a quick response so that my damaged hot water line didn't continue to cause drywall and closet wood damage.
