We’re updating the kitchen and bathroom. I’ve been working with Greg and his team for a month now and they’ve been terrific. Right from the beginning they’ve taken the time to explain the issues and how they are going to deal with them. My project has been far from easy getting wiring through plaster and wood lathe walls, working around old chimneys. Pricing is upfront and transparent. He sends texts when the team is enroute, which is helpful. Greg and his team are consummate professionals, communicative, prompt and reasonable, considering the caliber of their work.

Very professional staff. I dealt with Greg whom I found to be very friendly and pleasant. He was clear and concise in his communication and patient in answering my questions. I had my meter and breaker box replaced and the job was completed in an efficient and timely manner. He dealt with my electrical provider and city inspectors as necessary. The employees were thorough and left the area in which they worked just as they found it. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and would highly recommend Pinnacle Electric for your electrical project. 5 star experience.

My experience with Greg was perfect! He was polite, explained what he was doing, quick, and completely open regarding costs and next steps. When I asked him to look at something in addition to the reason he was visiting, he took the time. We also discussed the safety check that Pinnacle Electric offers and I plan to schedule that this spring. Based on my experience, Pinnacle Electric is fair, reliable, provides great value, and will be the only company I call from now on to do any electrical work.

Good job, came on time and completed the work nicely and quickly! Greg is great to work with. Super fast staff and was to the point. He moved and re-wired a chandelier for us as well as fixed our broken underfloor heating control unit. He is on my trusted and reliable list of tradesmen. I can't say enough about Pinnacle Electric. Very professional, on time, knows what he's doing. Thank you Greg. We were very satisfied with the professionalism and high quality of workmanship demonstrated by Greg.

I would recommend Pinnacle Electric to anyone looking for quality electrical work. I hired them to rewire my entire home and they did a fantastic job. They are hands down the best contractors I’ve worked with on my fixer upper, and there have been many. Greg walked me through the entire house, explained their process and kept me well informed of all the work they did as they did it. Fabulous communication. Solid work. Would hire again.
