Can’t take an online order correctly. Gave me hot coffee instead of the Iced drink, but didn’t know it was wrong since I was picking up for my wife. They couldn’t help me when I called. Said I would have to come back by. So, they screw up, cost me $5, and I have to be further inconvenienced if I want my money back. Not ok.
Sweet staff! They get you through the line faster than any other Starbucks I've been to.
While the coffee is good, the drive thru is dangerous. The server will have one at the window and make the person at the order screen wait. While I understand the concept of why, this location is not set up to have cars wrapped. You have 1709 and 377 traffic affected by this practice.
Great staff, great coffee and the best muffins! This location is super friendly and fast!
Alisa was very professional, I had made a mobile order a while ago to a different Starbucks and they explained to me that they couldn't give me a refund due to being closed that day and so it transferred to another store near it and I went over to this one to get my money back, but she helped me just remake the drinks and respect Alisa's professionalism on the policy for refunds instead went ahead and just made the drinks I ordered that day
