These people really know what they are doing. I have worked with many of their subcontractors for one of their competitors and I am told that at BOLD no stone is left unturned when it comes to their customers! It is just so refreshing to see a company that puts the customer first and the bottom line of profit in the back seat! They spend more time, more effort and more money than just about any of their competition because they care about their customers, their brand and their good name. I hope someday to be part of such a proud tradition. As, Always Enjoy!

Attention to Detail and Respect are Lacking with BOLDnWe were very displeased with Bold's attention to detail. At multiple steps along the way, Bold didn't seem to hear what we were saying, even if we said it multiple times, which we found ourselves needing to do. We must live with the results of communications that fell through the cracks and our dream home is not what we hoped it would be in so many ways. It's not just that we didn't feel heard, we believe Bold disrespected us and our home during the build process. They drove over and scraped up our brand new driveway, they used our kitchen counter top as a workbench for putting tools and stains on, they painted over top of our brand new hardwood floors without a drop cloth, they scratched up our timber tech deck, and they left nails, razors, cigarette butts and trash around our house despite multiple request to clean these things us. During the first 15 minutes of our walk through, we found enough of these dangerous items to make a pile of them porch. On top of that, our completion date was missed by months. We cannot recommend them to anyone.

B.O.L.D. built our home in 2016. It was a smooth and fun experience. We have a lovely and wonderful home. Every single person we dealt with Mike K., Janet K., James and Paul were kind, informative, and helpful. The work crews were polite and cleaned up beautifully. Thank you B.O.L.D!!!
