Worse time here today. Was given incorrect information regarding opening up a Minor account. I was told a minor account could be opened online. WRONG and because I came in at 3.30 I was made to feel rushed because they were about to close at 4pm. I was told incorrect information on the amount needed to open an account. CLEARLY states a different amount online. I will NEVER go back even though it is right up the street from my house.

Staff don’t have basic knowledge about banking systems. I went for my recently closed saving account statement first day unfortunately my Id was expired and they said come with unexpired id. Next day I went with my photo id and they said we don’t have closed account access what a irresponsible answer. My question if they don’t have closed account access they should tell that first day why they ask to come tomorrow what they think we don’t other work???????????
