BenchMark Physical Therapy

I highly recommend BenchMark Physical Therapy in Union, KY. I honestly never had such a thorough physical therapist, who works with you so closely to ensure that all of your needs are met.nnI had a total knee replacement in September, the second one this year. The first one was with another PT company that I was not that impressed with because basically, the exercises were something that I could do at home on my own.nnI decided to take a chance and try BenchMark to see if there was any difference. I have to say that the difference is in the therapist. Leigh Wagner, my PT, was so thorough in her approach, from tending to my incision to using stretching exercises that she does with you to make sure that you are progressing as you should. It is definitely more personalized at BenchMark and that's what you want if you would like to get back to your old self again. :-). Thanks Leigh for everything!

I’m so glad to have a location for Physical Therapy that is convenient for me. This is a new location for Benchmark Physical Therapy and it is great! Clean, welcoming, top notch staff. They really want to work with you to make your life better. They listen and develop plans that you can follow.

This facility is top notch and the therapist is very professional and knowledgeable. Very convenient and accessible, a new and clean facility with brand new equipment, and a comfortable atmosphere. I definitely don't dread my physical therapy here.

Going into my second knee arthroplasty, I know how important physical therapy is—my first experience 8 years ago with another provider was pretty good, but I was definitely open to change. We found Benchmark which is new to the area and located very conveniently to our home. My wife spoke to the PT and was impressed enough for us to give it a try. It was an incredibly good decision!nnYou can expect things one can only dream of at other PT providers. First, I have had an hour blocked off for me—completely. I haven’t had to share my PT with anyone! What an incredible difference from what I was used to! Second, the insurance billing has been absolutely hassle free. Additionally, the therapist is experienced, knowledgeable about my surgery and actually asks questions, listens and actually takes action! Indeed, on my 4th visit, after removing the bandage she immediately phoned the surgeon because she was was concerned about the wound. In a few hours I was seeing the Dr and we had the problem resolved. Finally, expect to put in the work necessary. As I said I have an hour with the PT, and do not have to share her with any other patients!nnIf you want excellent care, personal service and thorough professionalism, this is the Physical Therapy site for you. I recommend Benchmark most highly! By the way, my PT (and Clinic Director) is Leigh Wagner. Just outstanding!
