Came into to get some work done on my husband truck they where booked. My husband decided to but the part and try to install it but found it was not so easy. Justin from parts called a friend but he was out of town. As we are discussing what we are going to do Justin goes over to service. He comes back with Chris the service manager and Mikey one of the mechanics and tell us they will work us in between another service. They all went beyond to help us out. Thank you you are awesome. We will definitely use this location if in need.

I will list the narrative of my experience here even though it is lengthy, hopefully it will help future drivers weigh whether they want to come here for repairs.nnWhile picking up a load in Carlsbad, CA I noticed a bad DEF leak right after filling the tank. I proceeded to the TA in Barstow, CA where I sat for 6 hours until they discovered that it only leaks on a mostly full tank as the tank has a hole close to the top.nnBeing my load was unloading in Northern Kentucky, I decided to not fill the tank so I can could make it to the 90 and then head to Fyda in Walton.nnI called Fyda a day before arrival to let them know I'm coming and that I would need a new DEF tank. They replied that they would have to do their own investigation to determine that. I asked if I should bring it in with a full tank to make sure they could find the leak then. They're reply was, no that they will be able to find it.nnI arrived at 10:30 on Nov. 18th, and was pulled into the bay at around 16:00. Soon saw my truck outside again, so went in to inquire and was told that I have a hole in top of the tank and that they ordered a new tank and it would arrive the next day.nnGot a hotel and checked back in on Nov. 19th at noon and was told that the DEF tank should be there around 14:00. I kept inquiring throughout the day and by 18:00 was told that it would not arrive until the next day, Nov. 20th as it wasn't ordered until 20:30 the previous day. So I got a second night at the Holiday Inn Express.nnChecked in on Nov. 20, at noon and was told as soon as it arrives they would replace it. At 15:45 they pulled my truck in, I asked the tech how long it would take and he replied bthat he would have the tank replaced before his shift ended at 17:00. By 18:30 I inquired at the front desk and when they went to check and came back the the tech had gone home and not finished but that they would get another tech on it.nnAt 17:30 I saw my truck outside, inquired again and was told that it was done and that paperwork would be sent directly to New Prime, even though I lease the truck. Went out and saw DEF fluid dripping, so went back in. They sent a tech out, who said it was residual fluid from changing the tank, so I left.nnAt my next stop in Sioux Falls, SD I filled the DEF tank and it was leaking exactly as it was prior to taking it there. I again decided to only fill it half way until I get to the Prime terminal in Pittston, PA and have them check it out.nnWhen I got to Pittston they removed the tank only to find there was a hole towards the top of tank. I called our RA department and they said according to the paperwork from Fyda they never changed the tank.nnI called Fyda and they reaffirmed that even though they ordered a tank, the tech determined it wasn't defective so they changed the head and called it fixed.nnSo a total of 5 people, 3 in front desk and 2 techs told me to they were changing the DEF tank which was never done, so I wasted almost 3 days there for nothing even though I clearly told them what was wrong and what I needed.nnSome other occurrences that I found very unprofessional that I witnessed when I was there. One of the office guys loudly talking with colleagues that he couldn't wait to leave this place, and another employee emerged from the back loudly proclaiming it was 5 o'clock and he was out and 3 minutes later screeched out the lane with a loud roar and a belch of black exhaust smoke.nnI can only conclude that most of these employees are not concerned with quality of their work and take no pride in it and are only there to put in their time to collect a check.nnI will be sure to avoid this place in the future and suggest you do as well.

This is the greatest experience ever!!! My truck broke down for no reason, I know it’s something very small but when you don’t have knowledge it’s hard to guess what is going on. I towed the truck to the FYDA Freightliner and it was Friday afternoon. I have health problems and I explained to the shop that I am very tired and extremely exhausted!!!!nThe servise specialist Jay Donovan told me that are very busy but he will check what he can do to help me. He asked servise manager what is the situation. Servise manger looked at me and I know that he will help me. It was hard rain outside but he steps out wit the person who did diagnostic in literally two steps!!! They found the problem and my truck was fixed in less than two hours.nI don’t know what else to say but thank you guys so much. I feel like I owe this people a millions.nGod bless you all!!!!

Took my Freightliner in for turbo issues. Ran my bill up nearly $1700. Changed a sensor and 2 rubber hoses in the 5 days it was there. No one with a CDL to test drive, and the truck never made it to OH because the turbo needed replaced. $1700 was mostly time trying to diagnose a bad turbo instead of actually replacing a bad turbo. Staff was friendly but I will not use this place again.
