They won’t take your phone call. Instead they will ask if you need a plumber, and if you say yes, they will forward you to HomeAdvisor’s help desk. If you ask them a simple question like “are you Bobby & son’s plumbing?”, they won’t answer the question and will just hang up on you. Call them back, they will route you to a “phone number not in service” message. Totally unprofessional staff!

They answered all my questions and had a plumber at my house within a day. Very pleased with this company. I would highly recommend them if you ever need a plumber.

This company doesn’t exist in Lindale it’s a vacant lot. When you call they transfer you some other company that’s never heard of Bobby and Sons
