Does an excellent job!!! Very satisfied with our concrete countertops. Great person to work with, very dependable and knowledgeable. Does what he says he is going to do. I would definitely use him again!!

Shannon has been stellar to work with since the first day I called him. We are working with a builder who has never done any concrete work. When I told the builder my desire for a floating concrete hearth and thick concrete sinks for the master vanity...I didn't get far. I am so glad I took the initiative to reach out to ArtisanCrete and hire Shannon despite the builder. Shannon worked with me on all aspects of design and produced two products that are beyond my expectations. He didn't leave the project until he was satisfied that our hearth was secure, adding more brackets for support. Shannon has been a shinning light in an otherwise stressful process of custom home building. He is a consummate professional. He has studied hard and perfected his craft. Rest assured not all concrete work is created equal. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend Shannon and his team to anyone who is interested in getting concrete into their home design. While Tyler, Texas is catching up...the fact of the matter is, concrete is the new granite!! We wish Shannon and his family nothing but the very best in business and life.
