Rockwall Body and Soul Massage

I recently had my first visit to Rockwall Body and Soul, and it will only be the first of many to come! I was fortunate to have Shelby as my therapist. She is a recent addition to the team and a young professional. She doesn’t have as many years of experience as the others but you would never know if she didn’t tell you, by far the best massage I have ever received! I definitely recommend her! I made the appointment due to what felt like a softball sized knot in my left shoulder that persisted for over a week, despite all of my efforts to stretch it out. She helped immensely with my overall comfort level. The work she did on my shoulder and the rest of my body was much needed and the way she worked my body while giving the massage let me know she knew very well what she was doing. I’m looking forward to trying the styles and techniques of massage offered by some of the other team members as well, but will continue to use Shelby as my main therapist. In addition to a skilled and relaxing massage the location is great too. Located in an old but beautiful house in the heart of Rockwall with a very relaxing ambiance and EASY parking. I would swear there is even something in the air in that place, as when you breathe it in you are filled with a feeling of relaxation and calmness! First responder and veteran discounts offered as well, something I truly appreciate having a police officer as a husband. Thank you Rockwall Body and Soul, I can’t wait for my next service!

The environment is very warm and friendly. The staff was super friendly and professional. The owner, Jeanna, gave me a quick run down of the place before my appointment. She made me feel very welcome as if I was their number one customer. My therapist, Shelby, continued the same professionalism. I highly recommend for everyone to give them a try. I will be booking more sessions.

Outstanding experience! Laura was my therapist and I went in with a pinched nerve and came out feeling fabulous and well on the way to recovering completely. I am astounded at how a massage can loosen up your whole system so it can heal itself. Laura is so very kind, clearly knows her stuff and makes you feel cared for and valuable. I plan to visit her regularly now. Only 5 stars because that's the highest I can give. My whole family is grateful that mom/wife is back in action. My nurse friend says if people just went in for regular massages, we could save millions as a nation in medical costs. Now I agree!

Laura was absolutely wonderful! So sweet and such a nurturing soul! She took such great care of me! I felt like a whole new person afterwards. The house this establishment is located in is gorgeous! Very vintage and makes you feel right at home! Would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to book with Rockwall Body and Soul Massage!

Yesterday I had my second massage at Body and Soul. The first was with Jeanna and was absolutely amazing. Yesterday was with Laura and was just what I needed! I have quickly realized that this place is a life changing experience. I have never been one to do for myself. After experiencing not only the physical stress relief that Laura’s massage gave me but also the stress and anxiety relief, I will be a lifelong customer. Laura had just the right touch. Enough to work out years of stress but gentle enough that I almost fell asleep several times. I left feeling like a new person. I love the ambiance!! It does not feel like a studio. The Victorian style makes it feel cozy while the personal touches they put in each room to soothe and relax you are amazing. The music, the incense/essential oils, the soft lighting, the heated massage tables with soft sheets....nothing was missed to make the experience nothing short of perfect. Counting down to my next!!
