I started working here in May of 2020. The love and care this staff gives these residents is heart warming. During this difficult time of COVID when in-facility visits are not allowed, our entire staff has worked extra hard at making sure our residents continue to feel loved and cared for, doing window visits and face time with loved ones. Our Director of Activities Vanessa makes sure our people stay active and have fun. Our Administrator Robin, keeps the building running smoothly and keeps up to date with guidelines. Stephanie Director of Nursing ensures that her nursing staff is always giving 110%. Our team here at Rockwall Nursing Care is striving for excellence and will settle for nothing less. I have worked here as a receptionist since July 2020. I live in the area so I don't consider it to be just a job because the staff and residents here have become my second family. I started here in the midst of COVID and being able to see our staff and even neighbors from the community rally together to make sure our residents were safe and provided for was great to witness and be a part of. It's been such a joy getting to know our residents families over the phone but I look forward to us opening up for visits so that I can meet everyone in person.

My great-grandma has been here for years. Earlier this year this facility was bought and is now under new ownership and management. EVERYONE is great!! The administrator Robin is always ready to assist and is so kind. The nursing staff is amazing and treats my family like theirs! The receptionist is always so kind, sweet & will always help with our needs. We wouldnt want our GG anywhere but here. This place truly is a loving place.

It was very difficult for us to put my father in a home, but Sadie has eased our minds with our decision to admit him to Rockwall Nursing Care Center. They agreed to letting us put a camera in his room. The staff has been very kind to him and have been very patient with us every time we call with a question. Sadie went out of her way to bring my dad an adapter so he could have his roku connected as well as his camera when the one we sent was not appropriate. My dad has actually started to walk better and is speaking a lot more than he was at home. I am especially thankful to Sadie and Vincent. I would have no problem recommending this facility.

The staff at this facility are caring and attentive. You can really feel how much they love the residents, that means so much!
