Very helpful staff. Have had to pick-up numerous scripts for my father, they are always super friendly and make the process smooth. Only issue is Rockwall Costco is always packed, no matter the day/time...

Staff is super nice! But be careful trusting the quoted time your meds will be ready... and once I only got 8 of my 60 pills in the bottle?? They fixed it immediately, but luckily (in an odd way) I needed the medication immediately for nausea, or I wouldn't have noticed in the store. But overall great place!

We have changed to Costco from our local Walgreens and have been very happy with the choice. They are very friendly and we have not had to wait for our prescriptions, they have been filled when we arrived. We would definitely recommend to others!

Wish I could give 0 stars. A rx was faxed over at 12:35 and they couldn't bother to fill it until I arrived at 3:30 to pick it up. Over an hour later and I left. It is clear customer service is not a priority.

I do not recommend Costco Pharmacy. They went against my doctor’s orders and withheld prescribed medication. The pharmacist himself was very rude and condescending.
