Been ordering from this location for 6 years. Always delivery. Less than 10 miles away. 2 turns from their parking lot to my driveway. Just called to order, and all of a sudden we are out of their delivery range. Never tipped the drivers less than 8 or 10 dollars, with 13-15 being very common, on a $40 order. Will go out of my way now to pick-up from any other mediocre pizza place. Dominoes is right up the road, not better food, but apparently better service, and they are another 3/4 mile away
Wife ordered. There were specials that would have covered the pizzas we ordered but the discount wasn't applied. Our fault i know but they could have told my wife the specials beforehand. Food was hot and fresh. Garlic parm breadsticks were delicious.
This store has become the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been too!!! The quality and service could not be any worse. Just picked up a couple of pizzas. Took a look in the box before I left to make sure it was right. The pizza was all over the place. One slice under the rest of the pizza. When I showed it to the two at the counter they just looked at me and said nothing
Had to do carry out since the weather made it too dangerous for their drivers to attempt. Dont trust their call center to relay the order, they dont. Just walk in. Once I got there the cashier was very nice and even brought the order outside to my truck when it was ready. What I bought got us got my family through the first 36 hours so I'm grateful they were open.
Ordered online and got it for carry out. Got all the way home and they didn’t put ANY meat at all on my pizza. They could not refund me my money, all they could do is put a credit for my next order EVEN though i will not be going back there. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
