I was accused of damaging a book. The book had the damage when I signed it out. They charged me for a new book even before discussing the matter with me. How long was that book in that library?? Before Hurricane Harvey? Said library was closed due to water damage and mold. Book couldn't have been damaged then..Right? Or any other time? I may have been the one to take it out, but how many other hands did it go through there and no one noticed the water damage. I will not pay for something I did not do.
By far the best library we have ever been too. They were very helpful and super kind. Great place.
The people there are super nice and helpful.
Clean, well stocked and a comfortable place to work. Efficient Wi-Fi access. Lots of parking. Nice festive decorations. Friendly and informative staff. Table of free books for the taking.
Just recently moved to Ingleside, my experience at the library was very memorable. The staff at the library are very friendly and helpful. If looking for a good book, they have a good collection, visit your friendly library at Ingleside.
