It is unfortunate google doesn’t allow you to give a one star review. Took over 4 weeks for alterations to be completed. (After being told 5 days) Called twice and spoke to a woman who couldn’t locate my suit order. My suit was finally completed two days before my wedding, suit was missing vest when I went to pick it up. I was given one that to small, pretty sure he just picked one off the rack. It was too late for them to alter it after it took 4 weeks to do other changes. A few other minor problems with suit as well. Having to be stressed out about suit issues on a wedding day is a nightmare. Don’t bother with the lack of professionalism and knowledge front the staff.
The lady didn't know how to look up my wedding party. Once she found it she took over an hour to try to find the suit parts. While helping me she completely just went to another customer and left me just sitting there. After she grabbed the wrong suit for the other customer I gave up on her ability to be able to help me. All the while the gentleman there offered very little help as well. I was very dissaponted in the customer service there.
Go to Kenwood where they are helpful. Not friendly and not helpful at this location.
